Online Auction Tools ("Online Auction Tools", "we" or "our") Warranty Policy and Standard Return Policy are applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Online Auction Tools.
|

Unless specifically noted in writing as part of a product description, Online Auction Tools does not offer any express warranty for the products it sells. Some products may have a manufacturer's warranty available (see below). Online Auction Tools does not provide or extend such warranties, and it the sole responsibility of the buyer to deal with the manufacturer regarding any potential coverage.

We make every effort to provide the best descriptions and pictures of all the products we sell. Our "pledge" to our customers is that the product will be "as described", or you may return it for a refund of the product sale price. We cannot refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
"As described" means that the product meets the basic parameters of our description. Whether or not the description includes qualifying words such as "approximate", "circa", or similar words, "as decribed" does NOT include:

Exact measurements, including dimensions, weights, outputs and inputs, frequency ranges, or other measured aspects of the product.

Exact colors, hues, tones, shading or other aspects of the product's appearance.

Exact texture, feel, or other aspects of the product's surfaces.

Exact operating condition, including mechanical operations, electronic operations, or other operational aspects of the product's performance.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Online Auction Tools Customer Service at service@onlineauctionblock.net within seven days of your receiving the product.

You must contact Online Auction Tools within seven business days of your receiving the product to be eligible for RMA.

All items must be returned within 30 days of your receiving the product (Note that receiving an RMA does not constitute return to us).

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your prepaid cost and expense, or, if prepaid return costs are not received within 14 calendar days, the product will be disposed or donated to local charity. Products NOT eligible for return include:

Any product not purchased from Online Auction Tools.

We note all product serial numbers (where applicable) before shipment. We cannot accept for return any product (where applicable) without a matching, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories (where applicable), including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with our shipment of the product.

Any product on which the UPC code (where applicable) has been altered or removed (including from its original packaging) as originally included with our shipment of the product.

Any product that exhibits physical damage that was not present when we originally shipped it. This includes damage incurred during shipment.

Any product whoes description includes the words "as-is". These products are sold with the explicit understanding that they may contain hidden damages or operating deficiencies that have not been noted in the description.

| Manufacturer's Warranties
|
Online Auction Tools does not offer any express warranties. However, many of the products available through Online Auction Tools may be covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will generally be stated on that product's web page, in the documentation received with the product, or under general warranty information at the manufacturer's website.
With regard to manufacturers' warranties:

It the sole responsibility of the buyer to deal with the manufacturer regarding any potential coverage.

Online Auction Tools cannot intervene or otherwise represent you with regard to the manufacturer's warranty for your product.

Online Auction Tools does not assume any aspect of the manufacturer's warranty, expressed or implied.

Do not return for refund items under manufacturer's warranty to Online Auction Tools. Contact the manufacturer for instructions regarding their refund policy.

Do not return for exchange or replacement items under manufacturer's warranty to Online Auction Tools. Contact the manufacturer for instructions regarding their exchange or replacement policy.

| Software Standard Return Policy
|
Unopened retail computer software purchased from online Auction Tools may be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
OEM computer software that is included with hardware may not be returned, replaced, or exchanged. Contact the software/hardware manufacturer regarding issues with OEM software.
Defective retail computer software may be returned for exchange or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Software will be replaced as available or refuned if no longer in stock. Products that state "This item is covered by Online Auction Tools's Replacement Only 30-Day Return Policy", or items labeled as "Non-refundable" (or similar labeling) must be returned to Online Auction Tools within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Online Auction Tools, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Retail computer software may not be returned for a refund if:

The item had been opened.

The item lacks its original packaging, box, inserts, etc. as originally provided when we shipped it.
Software returned in either of these conditions will be returned to you. (See Standard Returns Policy above.)

| Computer Replacement Policy
|
Items covered by our Computer Replacement Policy include those products with a written warranty which states "This item may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only". Such items must be returned to Online Auction Tools within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Online Auction Tools, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Our Computer Replacement Policy applies to items with our warranty statement that develop harware defects within the 30 day period. This policy does NOT cover items with the following conditions:

Items with software issues other than verifiable failure of software provided with the hardware. Our computers are guaranteed not to contain viruses, trojans, worms and other malicious software when shipped. Any activity that results in malicious software infection is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is not covered under our replacement policy.

Items that are in proper working condition, as shipped or as modified by you thereafter, without hardware failure. The replacement policy only covers items with defects in workmanship or materials that develop during the warranty period.

Any item that has suffered physical damage due to abuse or improper use.

Any item that is missing any accessories or packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, pack, manuals, carrying case (if any).
A defective item that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced in Online Auction Tools's sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to Online Auction Tools to be authorized.
You should be certain in your decision to purchase a Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy.
